What are the steps in the recruitment process?
The recruitment process is complex in view of the skills expected by recruiters. It generally includes the following steps:

Candidates undergo 2 to 3 interviews with Analysts and Associates. These interviews include fit and technical questions and generally last 1 hour each.

If they are selected, candidates then have 1 to 2 interviews depending on the position with senior bankers (VPs or Directors).
The questions found in M&A interviews are often similar: technical questions (more or less extensive depending on the store), fit questions (personality) and sometimes questions about the store itself (e.g.: Why our store rather than another one? Do you know some of the operations we have done? Our key sectors? etc.)
